5. Map a connected bank account

After setting up a CDR or direct bank feed, you must map the connected account to a Business Central bank account before you can import transactions and balances.

Instructions

1. Navigate to Map Connected Bank Accounts > Actions > Refresh Accounts Note: You may need to wait up to 5 minutes for your accounts to appear after connecting them - particularly if they are high-transacting accounts.

   

2. Select the desired connected account > Actions > Map Bank Feed

   

3. From Bank Accounts

   

   1. If the bank account you want to map the account to is displayed > select it > click OK

   2. If you need to create a new bank account > click New > enter the details, and click back > go to Step 3a

4. You will be taken back to Map Connected Bank Accounts > Notice the Mapped to column now has the Business Central bank account number as the value in the row of your connected account
