16. ACSISS Activity Cue Cards
This article explains the purpose of the ACSISS Activity Cue Cards and what the values represent.

Bank Transactions
This cue lets you know when new transactions have been imported and are ready to review.
Unallocated Transactions: The number on this tile indicates the number of transactions that have been imported to the ACSISS Bank Transactions screen but have not been used in a Bank Account Reconciliation. This count is not reflective of transactions used in the Payment Reconciliation Journal.
Data Collection Permission
This cue alerts you when a user’s permissions are close to expiring, so you can take action before the flow of transaction data is interrupted.
Accounts Expiring (30 Days): The number on this tile indicates the number of bank feed collection permissions that expire within the next 30 days.
Accounts Expiring (7 Days): The number on this tile indicates the number of bank feed collection permissions that expire within the next 7 days.
API Connectivity
This cue shows how many days have passed since the system last synced transactions through the API, helping you monitor connectivity.
Days Since Last Sync: The number on this tile indicates how many days have passed since the system successfully synchronised transactions. The tile will be yellow when it hasn’t synced for more than 2 days, and will be red when it has been over 3 days.
