Deleting a Company
⚠️ Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
To delete a company, scroll to the Danger Zone section in the Edit Company page (or click Danger Zone in the left sidebar) and click Permanently Delete Company.
A confirmation dialog will appear listing everything that will happen immediately upon deletion:
-
A final invoice will be generated for all current usage charges
-
All API credentials will be destroyed — any systems using them will immediately lose access
-
All integrated accounts and data connections will be disconnected
-
Account management permissions will be removed (if applicable)
-
All company data and configuration will be permanently deleted
Impact: Any third-party systems currently using this company's credentials will immediately stop working and will not be able to retrieve data.
To confirm deletion you must complete both fields in the dialog:
|
Field |
Notes |

|
Customer ID |
Enter your Customer ID exactly as shown on your dashboard. This must match exactly. |
|

Your Company Keys
Company keys are required to connect your ACSISS Connect subscription to Microsoft Business Central.
Generating Your Keys
The first time you need your keys, click Generate Keys on your company card. The button will briefly show a "Generating Keys..." loading state while your keys are created.
A Company Keys modal will open displaying three keys:
|
Key |
Description |
|---|---|
|
Subscription Primary Key |
Your subscription authentication key |
|
Client ID |
Your unique client identifier |
|
Client Secret |
Your client secret key |
Use the copy icon next to each key to copy it to your clipboard, then enter it into the relevant field in Microsoft Business Central.
⚠️ Important: Keep your Client Secret secure — treat it like a password and do not share it with anyone.
After keys have been generated, the button label changes to View Keys. Click it at any time to view your existing keys. Click Close to dismiss the modal.
Refreshing a Key
If you believe a key has been compromised, you can regenerate it individually using the Refresh button next to the Subscription Primary Key or Client Secret.
🛑 Only refresh a key if you believe it has been exposed to an unauthorised party. Refreshing will immediately invalidate the existing key — any systems using it will lose access until the new key is entered into Business Central.
A confirmation dialog will appear before the key is regenerated — click Yes to proceed or No to cancel.
Note: If you are experiencing missing transaction or account data but no connection errors are being reported, contact SISS support rather than refreshing your keys.
