8. Disconnect a Bank Feed

This article describes how to disconnect a bank feed in SAP Business One.

\uD83D\uDCD8 Instructions

  1. Go to Administration / Setup / Banking / ACSISS Data Bank Feeds / ACSISS Data Settings / Status

  2. Scroll to the end until you reach the Cancel Feed column / click in the check box of the account you wish to disconnect / click Cancel Feed

  3. The feed status will change to cancelled

Your request to disconnect will be received immediately at step 2 and will move to a Cancelled status. It be processed between 1 – 10 business days. Once disconnected the status will change to Inactive.
