Share your RACQ Bank business account

In most cases, connecting your RACQ Bank bank account to ACSISS My Data is a straightforward process. However, if you don’t see the account you intend to connect, you’ll need to take a few extra steps.

Appoint a Nominated Rep

Before you share your data, you’ll need to appoint a Nominated Representative. Your Nominated Representative must have access to RACQ Bank online banking and have current banking credentials/authority for the business.

To appoint your nominated representative, you’ll need to fill out this Nominated Representative Form and return it to your nearest RACQ branch or via email to banking@racq.com.au. Once done, you should receive confirmation from RACQ that your Nominated Representatives have been appointed.

Once you’ve received confirmation on your Nominated Representative, you should be able to connect your RACQ Bank business account to ACSISS My Data.
