In most cases, connecting your Heritage Bank business account to ACSISS My Data is a straightforward process. However, if you don’t see the account you intend to connect, you’ll need to take a few extra steps.
Adding a Nominated Representative
Before sharing your CDR data for a non-personal membership, the account must nominate at least one individual as a Nominated Representative. To nominate your representative, please print, fill-out, and sign this Nominated Representative Form for Non-personal Memberships and email it back to openbanking@heritage.com.au.
Once this has been processed, you should be able to connect your Heritage Bank business account to ACSISS My Data.
