Share your NAB business account

In most cases, connecting your NAB account to ACSISS My Data is a straightforward process. However, if you don't see the business account you intend to connect, you'll need to take extra steps.
Nominate an authorised user
Before sharing your data, you must add a new nominated authorised user.
Any existing and new nominated authorised users appointed by your business owners will be able to provide consent to share the data in relation to the accounts for which they are authorised.
To add a new nominated authorised user, you’ll need to fill out this Authorised User Nomination form. Once you’ve completed the form, return it to NAB.
Once you’ve added a new authorised user, you should be able to connect your NAB business account to ACSISS My Data.
If you are a NAB Connect user
Important Notice: NAB Connect users cannot share data through Consumer Data Right (CDR). To connect your NAB business accounts to ACSISS My Data, you must be registered for NAB Internet Banking with your NAB ID.
Why This Requirement Exists: NAB Connect and NAB Internet Banking are separate systems. NAB's CDR implementation requires users to authenticate through Internet Banking using a NAB ID. This is an NAB requirement that applies to all Accredited Data Recipients (ADRs), not just ACSISS.
Prerequisites: Before connecting to ACSISS, ensure you have:
An individual registered with NAB Internet Banking for Business
Have a NAB ID (i.e. not a Connect User ID)
For non-individual businesses (partnerships, corporations, trusts): Nominated Representative status assigned to the person with the NAB ID.
How to Get Started
Step 1: Register for NAB Internet Banking for Business. If you don't have access or a NAB ID, contact your NAB Business Banker or NAB Support to begin registration. For detailed registration instructions, visit this page.
Step 2: Appoint a Nominated Representative (Business Customers Only). For non-individual accounts, the person sharing data must be designated as a Nominated Representative: click here for the form and more info.
Once completed, you can proceed to connect your NAB accounts to ACSISS My Data.
For further details, you can visit NAB's page dedicated to open banking or reach out to NAB directly.
