Share your Hiver Bank business account

In most cases, connecting your Hiver Bank business account to ACSISS My Data is a straightforward process. However, if you don’t see the account you intend to connect, you’ll need to take a few extra steps.

Adding a Nominated Representative

Before sharing your data, you’ll need to select a nominated representative. Once a representative has been nominated, they’ll be able to grant and manage authorisations to disclose data on behalf of the business. To nominate a representative, Hiver provides a service through their branch network or phone 1800 044 837.

Once you've completed their service, you should be able to connect your Hiver Bank business account to ACSISS My Data.
