Share your Suncorp Bank business account

In most cases, connecting your Suncorp Bank business account to ACSISS My Data is a straightforward process. However, if you don’t see the account you intend to connect, you’ll need to take a few extra steps.

Adding a Nominated Representative

Before you can begin sharing your data, you’ll need to nominate a representative. A nominated representative will have the authority to share data on behalf of the business. To add a nominated representative, you’ll need to fill out this Add/Delete Authority Request form. Once completed, you’ll need to submit it your nearest Suncorp branch or email it to bbaccounts@suncorp.com.au.

Now that you've nominated your representative, you should be able to connect your Suncorp Bank business account to ACSISS My Data.
