In most cases, connecting your Westpac bank account to ACSISS My Data is a straightforward process. However, you'll need to take extra steps if you don't see the business account you intend to connect.

Grant data sharing authority
If you wish to share data via Open Banking, the Administrator can set up the Business Network for data sharing in Online Banking:

Sign in to Online Banking via desktop

Navigate to Features and Approvals in the Administration menu, scroll down, select the Enable data sharing checkbox, and save

Then navigate to User administration in the Administration menu and select the User that you want to give the data sharing authority to

Scroll down to 'Open Banking data sharing' and select the Manage data sharing checkbox and save.
This user is now a Nominated Representative and can share data on behalf of the Organisation.
You should now be able to connect your Westpac bank account to ACSISS My Data.
