CDR bank data feeds are updated at different times depending on the bank. The table below shows when you can usually expect new transaction data to be available. Once feeds are released to us via the bank API, ACSISS runs quality checks and reconciles the data before making transactions available in ACSISS My Data (AMD).
In some cases, if accounts don’t balance right away, we continue collecting until we can provide reconciled data. As accounts reconcile, they will be made available, all accounts will be reconciled and made available as per the table below.

*NAB and WESTPAC Transaction Delays
Transactions from NAB and Westpac may sometimes appear later than expected.
This is because these banks provide us with pending transactions, and ACSISS calculates account balances using only posted transactions. Pending transactions can change or be removed, so we can’t reliably include them when calculating balances.
If the first new transaction we receive after the last confirmed balance is still pending, ACSISS won’t add any new transactions for that day. In this case, we’ll automatically try again the following day, once the transaction has been posted.
Your data isn’t missing or lost — it will appear once the transaction is confirmed by the bank.
This happens more often with with Westpac than with NAB.
