Reconsent with your bank

Logging in

  • Click the link provided to open ACSISS MyData.

  • Log in using the same email you used when you first gave consent.

  • If you forgot your password, click Forgot password and follow the steps to reset it.

  • If you can’t access your account, contact support.


Multi‑factor authentication (MFA)

  • Enter the MFA code from the same device/app you originally used.

  • The entry should appear as SISS‑MyData‑PROD.

  • If MFA doesn’t work, contact support.


Reconnecting or re‑consenting to bank accounts

  • After logging in, you’ll see your dashboard with all connected accounts.

  • If any accounts were revoked, you would have received an email. These accounts must be re‑consented.


To re‑consent:

  • Click Add Account (top right).

  • On the data request page, turn on Account balances & details and Transaction details.

  • Click I Consent.


Connecting to your bank

  • Choose your bank from the list (you can search for it).

  • Log in with your bank username and password.

  • Complete your bank’s authentication steps (e.g., OTP).

  • Select the accounts you want to share.

  • Click Next, then Confirm sharing.


Finishing up

  • You’ll return to the dashboard, and the newly connected accounts will appear.

  • Your bank connection is now complete.
