When you invite a client to share data with you, you do so by email with an invitation link. This link allows the user to sign up for ACSISS My Data and share data with you.

The invitation link is valid for 30 days.

If a user clicks the link and starts the sign-up and share process but does not finish, they can pick up where they left off by clicking the link in their email if this is within 30 days of receiving the email.

If the process is not finished in 30 days and the user clicks on the link they will see the error message below. You must resend the invite from ACSISS Adviser.
