ACSISS offers a secure way to share your bank transactions with your trusted adviser without the need to share your online banking password.

Once you have successfully connected your bank account, you can easily share your bank transactions by following these steps.

Search for your Trusted Adviser

First, go to your ACSISS My Data dashboard and click Add share on the top right hand corner.

If your trusted adviser has an ACSISS account, you can proceed by selecting your adviser from the provided list or by utilising the search box to find them. We recommend using your adviser's email when searching to ensure that you are sharing your data with the correct account.

You will find the list of advisers along with their verification status. To share your accounts with a specific adviser, simply click on the select toggle next to their name. If you'd like, you can customise a message for them before proceeding. Once you're ready, click Next to continue.

If your trusted adviser doesn't have an ACSISS account yet, click Can't find your Trusted Adviser.

Enter your adviser's email address and, if desired, personalise a message for them. Once you've done that, click Invite. Your adviser will receive a prompt to sign up for ACSISS Adviser, enabling them to securely view your shared data.

Confirm sharing

Whether your Trusted Adviser has an ACSISS account or not, you will need to select the specific connected accounts you wish to share.

After selecting the accounts, you can set the duration of access for your advisers and specify how far back they can view your data. Once you have made these selections, click Next to proceed..

After completing these steps, your Trusted Adviser will gain access to your connected account, and their name will be added to the Shared With section.
