Share your Westpac business account
Updated over a week ago

In most cases, connecting your Westpac bank account to ACSISS My Data is usually a straightforward process.

However, if you don't see the business account you intend to connect, you'll need to take extra steps.

Opt in to the Open Banking feature

You'll need to fill out and sign Westpac's Open Banking Data Sharing Authority form and submit it to your relationship manager or take it to your nearest Westpac branch.

This form allows you to opt in to the Open Banking feature and grant an existing Administrator the ability to nominate Users to share your data with an authorised third-parties, such as ACSISS My Data.

Nominate a representative

If you still can't see your bank account in the portal after opting in to Open Banking, you'll need to nominate a representative for your Westpac account who can give consent to access your account's bank data.

Fill out and sign Westpac's Joint Account On-Share Authority form and submit it to your relationship manager or take it to your nearest Westpac branch.

The representative will be able to connect your Westpac bank account and give ACSISS My Data consent to access your bank data.

For further details, you can visit Westpac's page dedicated to open banking or reach out to Westpac directly.
