Invite your team members to join your ACSISS Adviser account and collaborate.

Adding Another User to Your ACSISS Adviser Account

To do so click your user icon in the upper right hand corner of the dashboard, then select Manage company.

Go to Users and click Add User.

Enter the user’s name and email. You can also personalise a message for them if you wish. After filling in the details, click Add User.

Then, the user will receive an invite to join your ACSISS Adviser account.

What Happens Next

The invited user needs to sign up for ACSISS Adviser, verify their email, set up a password, and enable multi-factor authentication (MFA).

💡 When added to an Adviser business account, there is no need for registration body verification, registration type selection, or GreenID verification.

Once logged in, the new user will have the role of “Adviser” and will not have any clients assigned initially.

The user can then follow the “Managing Customer Connections” article to proceed with setting up their connections.

Managing Roles and Client Allocations

After the invited user has become an active user, a manager or administrator can change the adviser’s role as required.

Clients can also be allocated to the new adviser at this stage.

Adviser Role Definitions

An Adviser can invite clients to the platform, accept client accounts, and is responsible for viewing and managing only their own clients and client data. Advisers also have the ability to configure export locations to streamline their workflows.

A Manager has all the capabilities of an Adviser, with additional access to view all clients and client data within the company. Managers can reallocate clients to different advisers and have the authority to add and delete users (advisers) as needed.

An Administrator has all the same permissions as Advisers and Managers but also has control over the entire company’s settings. They can make important changes that affect everyone in the company and ensure everything runs smoothly.
