In most cases, connecting your NetBank business account to ACSISS My Data is a straightforward process. However, if you don’t see the account you intend to connect, you’ll need to take a few extra steps.
Adding a Data Sharing Delegate
NetBank requires businesses to choose at least one delegate before data can be shared with a third party, such as ACSISS My Data. To choose a delegate, log onto NetBank and navigate to Settings. Select Manage data sharing, then Setting up data sharing delegates. Then, choose the business profile you want to assign a delegate to. Select Add delegate to choose a director or business authority. Alternatively, download this form to choose anyone else. Once you’ve filled this out, you’ll need to return it to your nearest CommBank branch.
You should now be able to connect your NetBank business account to ACSISS My Data.
