In most cases, connecting your RAMS business account to ACSISS My Data is a straightforward process. However, if you don’t see the account you intend to connect, you’ll need to take a few extra steps.

Registering for AccessOne

Before you can begin sharing your data, you’ll need to be eligible for Open Banking. To be eligible for Open Banking you’ll first need to be registered for AccessOne. You can do this by calling RAMS on 137 267.

Adding a Nominated Representative

Once you’re eligible for Open Banking, you’ll need to create a Nominated Representative. To do so, you’ll need to fill out this RAMS Data Sharing Authority and myRAMS access form. Once you’ve completed the form, you’ll need to return it via email or post it to RAMS, Locked Bag 5001, Concord West NSW 2138.

After passing initial eligibility checks, register your Nominated Representative/s for SMS Security, and send them a Customer ID and myRAMS temporary password. If they are already registered for myRAMS, they will use their existing login details.

You should now be able to connect your RAMS bank account to ACSISS My Data.

For further details, you can visit RAMS's page dedicated to Open Banking or reach out to RAMS directly.
