Rural Bank and Adelaide Banks brands have been exempted from consumer data sharing obligations until 30 November 2024 and 30 June 2024 respectively for new and refinanced customers. Both bank brands have been exempted until 31 December 2025 for existing customers.
For customers of those exempted brands that wish to access Open Banking data sharing beforehand, you’ll need to open an eligible account with Bendigo Bank or Up.

Before you can begin sharing your data, you’ll need to assign an individual with the right to share that data. To assign an individual, you’ll need to contact your nearest branch or your relationship manager to complete Bendigo Bank’s form.
