In most cases, connecting your Rabobank business account to ACSISS My Data is a straightforward process. However, if you don’t see the account you intend to connect, you’ll need to take a few extra steps.

Before you can begin sharing your data, you’ll need to nominate a data sharing representative for business accounts. To do this, you’ll need to complete an Account Operating Authority form and check Yes in the Open Banking Box under Section E. To access the form, contact your local area manager by phoning 1300 30 30 33.

Navigate to Services & Settings, then select Nominated Representative under the Open Banking menu. Under Nominated Representative check I hereby nominate myself to act as the representative for this entity and then select Save.

You should now be able to connect your Rabobank business account to ACSISS My Data.
