Share your UniBank business account
Updated over 5 months ago

In most cases, connecting your UniBank business account to ACSISS My Data is a straightforward process. However, if you don’t see the account you intend to connect, you’ll need to take a few extra steps.

Before you can begin sharing your data, you’ll need to nominate at least one individual as a nominated representative. Your nominated representative must have internet banking access with an internet banking login that has full or enquiry access to the account you wish to connect. Your nominated representative must also be an existing signatory or hold a valid Authority To Operate.

Adding an Authority to Operate

You can authorise your nominated representative to operate your business account by filling out this Third Party Authority to Operate form. You can do this is person at a UniBank branch. Alternatively, you can return the form along with this Certify Identity Form by posting them to UniBank, Reply Paid 750, Silverwater NSW 2128.

Adding a Nominated Representative

Now you can begin the nominated representative process. Unibank offers a service through their branch network or by phoning 1800 862 265 to nominate one or more representatives. Once your nominated representative has been accepted, they’ll be able to use UniBank’s online service to grant and manage data sharing authorisations on behalf of the business.

After your nominated representative has been accepted, you should be able to connect your UniBank business account to ACSISS My Data.
